You don’t sound so well puppy.
Furrywisepuppy says:
I’m not feeling my usual bouncy self today :{. I’ve been a little bit under the weather as they say.
Doggone, I should’ve said I was feeling ruff and pawly!
Fluffystealthkitten says:
Poor pupster. You’re not a particularly peppy puppy at present.
Furrywisepuppy says:
Unfortunately not. I must’ve caught a cold from someone during one of the Christmas or New Year’s parties, which then really took a grip of me after I was late coming home and being out in the cold for a bit too long a couple of nights ago. I really loved Christmas time, and I generally love playing outside whatever the weather too, even if it rains or snows.
Well it was enormous fun while it all lasted. Now it’s the January blues.
Fluffystealthkitten says:
It’s unlikely that you caught a cold off me because I’m okay. I enjoyed Christmas time too but I personally prefer the warmth to these frosty months. I’ve been snuggled up in cosy comfort in front of the fireplace for the past few days. Not many animals to catch out there at the moment anyway because it’s winter, although I still managed to spot a cool looking ermine stoat. It was super agile, with mesmerising ninja moves; probably levelled up to the max because it put up quite a feisty fight.
In the end, I just dropped a box on its head by surprise and that stunned it. It somehow escaped and disappeared a minute later though without me actually being ready to set it free yet.
Furrywisepuppy says:
That’s strange. Maybe it was no ordinary stoat?
Fluffystealthkitten says:
Hmm…
That doesn’t matter now. I’ll concentrate on helping to look after you until you get better.
Furrywisepuppy says:
Thanks kitten. You’re the best friend I could ever have. I’m sure I’ll feel better by the end of the weekend with your company.
Fluffystealthkitten says:
Ah you’re the best-est friend I could ever have too! It’s the least I could do after what you did for me years ago.
And hey, at least a cold is better than having furry arteries, impetigo or being a stroke victim eh(?!)
Furrywisepuppy says:
Uh. I suppose!
Wof. I mean woof.
Fluffystealthkitten says:
Get better soon. Meow.
I’ll get the kettle on for a nice cup of tea…
If you also have a cold and maybe the winter blues this time of year then look after each other, keep warm, drink lots of hot drinks, rest and I hope you get well soon.
